Who is this for?
The process for returners is pretty streamlined.
Pay your deposit, let us know if anything has changed since you last applied, and we’ll take it from there. This route is for:
- Those who have been to camp before
- Those who want to return to the same camp
- Not used Camp Connect USA before? No worries – we can still sponsor your return to camp
Tell us what camp you’re going back to, if you’ve learned any new skills since you went, and we’ll get started!
Returners price
Whatever route you choose, here’s what to expect…
Returners deposit £49
Same as first-timers. Paid upfront to secure your place, with a 14-day cooling-off period during which it’s fully refundable.
Returner programme fee – £189 (early bird) or £249
The early bird rate of £189 is available until 31st August – after that the standard rate of £249 applies.
Everything else
As you well know, your accommodation and all meals at camp are covered! You’ll need to budget separately for flights, your DBS renewal if required (£18), and your US Embassy visa fee ($185), as well as travel insurance – your Medical insurance is included in the programme fee.

Completed camp before but with another provider?
No stress – you’re still a returner in our eyes! You will, however, need an offer from a previous camp to sign up as a returner. So, pay your deposit, get started with the small amount of admin, and WhatsApp us if you have any questions.

Do I need to pay the deposit straight away?
No. You can fill in the application form, and we’ll be in touch before you need to pay anything. If you’re ready to commit now, paying the deposit straight away does get you into the system faster – but there’s no pressure to do everything at once.
