Whatever route you choose, here’s what to expect…
After you ask a question
You’ll hear back from a real person on the team – usually pretty quickly. If it’s a simple question, we’ll answer it straight away. If it’s something that needs a bit more of a conversation, we’ll arrange a time to talk.
After you request more information
We’ll send you a rundown of everything you need to know about the programme – costs, process, timelines, the works. If you have follow-up questions after that, we’re still here.
After you start the process
We’ll be in touch to introduce ourselves properly, answer any questions and talk you through the next steps. The first thing to sort out after that is your profile on our platforms, which is where camps go to find their staff.
After you pay your deposit
You’ll receive a confirmation email straight away, and we’ll get in touch shortly after to get you set up on our platform. From there, the next step is building your profile and starting to look at camp jobs.

Remember before you apply…
A few questions people usually have before they apply.

Do I need to pay the deposit straight away?
No. You can fill in the application form, and we’ll be in touch before you need to pay anything. If you’re ready to commit now, paying the deposit straight away does get you into the system faster – but there’s no pressure to do everything at once.

Taking the leap?
Paying your deposit is the first real step – it secures your place on the programme and gets you immediate access to our platform, where you’ll start building your profile and looking at camp jobs. You’ll need to fill in a short form so we have your details, and then you’ll be taken through to the secure payment screen.
There’s a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of payment, during which your deposit is fully refundable. After that, it’s non-refundable, so please make sure you’re happy to go ahead before you pay!
